Square your Standard Two Hole Template.

Router the edges using our Flush Trim Router Bit. The router should be set to cut into the floor 1/4”. Chisel the corners with a hammer and chisel creating a square edge. Remove the template and vacuum up the debris.

Tape off the perimeter of the hole with blue tape and paper. Spray paint the hole black. Tip: overhand the tape 1/4” to ensure you do not get paint on the top of the floor.

Take off the tape and paper and allow the paint to dry. Once dry, drop in the vent for a beautiful flush mounted finish.
