Frames:
Wood frames available in: White Oak, Red Oak, Hickory, Maple, and Walnut.
Tile/Carpet Inlay Frames available in: Cast Iron Black, Smooth Black, Textured White, Smooth White, Gloss Silver, Matte Bronze, and Vintage Gold.
Back Band: Wraps 3 sides of the air return creating a border around the vent for baseboard integration. Available in poplar. Other woods available upon request.
Damper:
Damper: Installed into the boot of the vent, the adjustable doors help regulate the desired airflow.
Flush Mount Vent Installation:
Two Hole template: Used to cut the hole in the floor for both the frameless decorative metal application and DIY systems.
Flush Trim Router Bit: Used to cut 1/4" deep into wood, vinyl, and laminate following the guide of the template.
DIY Installation:
Two Hole template: Used to cut the hole in the floor for both the frameless decorative metal application and DIY systems.
Plunge Router Bit: This bit works well for LVP and Engineered flooring.
Double stick tape: Used to adhere the Vent Template to the flooring while routering.
Bushing: For this system they will need a plunge router. This is the bushing that rides the template’s edge. The bushing is attached to the router to center the bit.
Vent Template: This is the template to cut the actual removeable vent piece. When ordering, you will need to specify one of our standard sizes.
Support Plates: These are put under the vent to add structural support for LVP or other floating floors. They come in two sizes the 4x and 6x. The 4x size can also be used for 2xs and 3xs.
